How will my artwork be shipped

Unless otherwise stated, each art work will be shipped stretched. Due to the delicate nature of the fabric and often embellishments that appear on the work it is not possible to remove from the stretcher frame. This will mean higher shipping costs. Any works with a side measuring 48" will need to be crated and shipped. All other works will be bubble wrapped and encased in double wall thick cardboard box. Please contact the studio if you live within the greater Toronto area for hand delivery which will result in much lower shipping costs.

Do you accept commissions

The short answer is yes! But please send an email to info@loriharrisondesign.com to provide more details and to confirm Lori is accepting commissions. The studio receives many requests and it is not always possible to accommodate.

What is your return policy

All artwork and home goods are exchange only. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase you may exchange your item(s) within 10 days from date of delivery. All exchanges must be authorized prior to shipping. All shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping cost are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products. All items must be returned unused and in new condition. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be returned and will be sent back to the customer. 

Lori Harrison has the right to refuse return of goods that do not meet our return policy.

How do I care for my pillow

Remove the cover from the insert and either dry clean, spot wash or machine wash. Please note that the leather tab may transfer slight colour onto light fabrics when submerged in water. For this reason we recommend that for light fabrics the cover be spot washed or dry cleaned. Iron on reverse side or with a thin tea towel between the print and the iron.

Where do your fabrics come from

All our fabrics are 100% linen and are sourced through a premier textile distributor based in
Montréal, Canada.

What is type of insert comes with my pillow

All our pillow inserts are 100% cotton cover with duck feathers for a soft, natural feel.

How long will it take to get my purchase

All orders to Canada and United States are shipped from Canada via Canada Post or UPS with a tracking number. For international orders (outside continental USA and Canada) please contact info@loriharrison.ca for shipping quote. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 days of receiving the order. Please allow 1-2 extra days for processing during peak business periods such as sales and holidays. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate or pay for any duties or taxes related to international shipping.  

We are not responsible for any lost packages. We are not responsible for carrier delays (due to holiday backup etc).

What is your privacy policy

We respect your right to privacy, Lori Harrison only collects the information necessary to complete your order or to contact you regarding the status of your order. The information we collect includes your name, email address, shipping address, and billing address. Because payments are processed via Stripe we never have direct access to or store your credit card information.
